Chapter 4 Success – Case study (negotiation)

I negotiated the contract (5 decisions) as a manager in Universal Communications. This company is powerful media group. They are interested in Kensington united (football team) because Kensington will bring Universal advertising effect that can extend sales in UK and Asia market. We concluded 5 decisions after the conference.

1.     A four-year contract.
We sponsor 55m  for a four-year. And If Kensington win the European Cup we pay additional 15m.

2.     Advertising at football game
We agreed with the 4 topics, 1st is four huge billboards advertising the company at one side on wall. 2nd is our company’s logo on flags at all entrance. 3rd is the main stand to be renamed the Universal Communications stand. 4th is the company’s name in the billboard on near roof.

3.     Kensington’s new ventures
When Kensington start new ventures related competitive company they must consult us about new ventures.

4.     Providing free bus
We provide the free bus that is printed our company logo to Kensington.
